Riomaggiore

Riomaggiore is an enchanting medieval village clinging to the cliffs above the pristine Ligurian Sea.  Riomaggiore is the first village of the renowned Cinque Terre from the city of La Spezia and is part of the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre as well as a UNESCO World Heritage listed site.  This area is famous for the celebrated Via dell’Amore (the walk between Riomaggiore and Manarola), the breathtaking hikes along the cliffs and amongst the dry stone terraced vineyards, and the crystal clear sea (the waters of the Cinque Terre are part of a marine reserve).
